Need a 400 watt. HTG or local hydro store (living in Maine)? What are your thoughts on safety of buying from the local store vs getting it shipped to the grow house?

Ihave heard nothing bad about http://www.htgsupply.com/ they have good deals and prices. I usually go through nehydr.com they shipout pretty fast. If you dont want that stuff going to your house have it shipped to a friends house.

I cant have it shipped to anyones house because I have told NOONE I grow. I really needed it 3 weeks ago so its crunch time!!!
Think cops sit outside those shops and take plate numbers?

why not buy a light from an electrical supply house? they are used for parking lots,barns schools, warehouses,ect
