where to buy cfls for veg??

where can i buy cfls for vegging? i bought 4 24 watts today but theyre 2700k, and i can't find anything in the 5k range except online. and i don't want to wait.

just look for cool white CFL's in your local hardware store.


COOL WHITE = 6500k

WARM WHITE = 2700k

yeah, Lowe's usually has the best deals, 4 5k lights are only like 15 and some change.

Wrong ! Daylight is 6500 K, Cool White (useless) = 4200 K

MY Bad i dont know USA versions and was just quoting what i have seen other people saying on this one.

I personally just buy 6400k lamps for veg. But then i actually buy grow lamps not just regular CFL's.
