where pistils gone ??

hi guys,

One of my ladies has a certain problem,
at the top, the color of pistils are pink-red
but the rest is just bald, nothing.
I checked for 30 min with 60x, if there is any bugs. Nothing shows up.
I also, thought that it might be a kinf of mold or sth. So, I cut some leaves and branches about 2 weeks ago, to increase air circulation. and again nothing changed.
RH 55-65

Those bottom sites look moldy. Tho I may be seeing things. But first you should get rid of nitrogen problems. Can you confirm they are not moldy?

Ok, I flush it today,

Ive seen some moldy leaves, but dont have any idea in this case, what do you suggest?
 
all plants are different,iv also seen blackened pistols with n toxicity,sort out first and see what happens from there.
 
I cut the top, and what I see is there is mycelium like white hairy things growing in the middle :S
What the hell am I suppose to do now, any ideas?
are fungicides helpful?
