Where is the plug to this floro fixture?

I bought this double 20 watt floro fixture that came with the metal fixture, ballast with connectors but no plug.

Where do i get this seperate attachment? Where do I purchase the plug to this?

The only thing that is coming out of the ballast that isnt the light connections is this connector that has an orange end with another orange piece that can be removed. This orange piece has a little black circle on it and a little white circle on it.

The package is new too and un-opened.

hi your goin to have to hook a 2 or 3 prong cord the white and black wires are normally wt you need to hook up but the ballast should tell you more and any extension cord should work fine

so just strip an extension cord and insert the wires into the orange piece?

the bare copper wire (the third one) which is usually coded green for ground.
