Where do I find the best seeds?

Help! I've spent tons of $$ on importing seeds from many different banks, with little or no success! Some plants don't even look like mj plants I'm looking for advice on finding the best quality genetics, strains & banks to buy from. Can anyone point me in the right direction, I'm frustrated?!?
