i dont know what i did? when my buds dryed. they opend up they are full of gaps now. not all tight like the stuff i bought from the store

there are a couple things that cause you to end up with light/fluffy buds. usually the cause of this is due to the grow area being too hot. another thing (which i have done more than once) is not letting the plants finish. the last couple weeks are very important when it comes to bud density.

i let them flower for about 4 weeks until the glands turned amber coller
more than likely your temps got up too much or the light was too far from the plants.. that is why it helps to use air vented lights so you can get them closer to the plants while keeping the temps down. if temps go above 75-80, the buds get more airy.. to me it looks like you harvested buds that got too warm, or too early since the 700 watts should be ok for light.. depending how big you let the plants get. i would think temps had something to do with things though.

I believe plants are supposed to flower for 8-12 weeks... That could be the problem right there.

obviously there are a lot of things you DIDN'T do so you should change this to "where did I not go right" and your answer is multi-faceted. its not where you went wrong. its utter failure.
