Where Can I Buy Organic Water Soluble/Liquid Nutrients in Canada?

All the organic nutes I've came across advise you to mix them with soil before planting. The packaging stresses you not use water to mix the nutes, but I'm not sure if you can go against that- has anyone tried this?

I want to have an all-organic soil-based grow and can't afford to have anything that's chemical-based.
