Sex them and put them back in veg. If i recall right . You'll be fine transplanting as long as you use the whole soil mass in the next pot . Don't try to free the roots . I put enough soil in the pot for the mass to sit on then fill around it . Best to do when the soil is just a little wet like right before watering . But if possible try cutting the old pot off . Slit it all the way so it splits in half like | then separate the old pot in the new pot and fill around it .

so what your saying is switch to 12/12 now until i find out what sex they are then but them back into 18/6....you sure that would work, wouldnt it give the plants some kind of shock

It will take a week or so to get back fully into veg but its safe . It will just set them back a bit in growth . But your probably wasting resources on a few(1) male(s)
If there not rootbound in your pots now you got time to play. Once you have a strong female you can clone her out and fill the rest of the pots anyway :)

Its what im doing right now with my seedlings. From what i know its general practice.

Btw you can transplant while there in flowering if there big enough and your ready to flower. If you still want them to bush out a bit go back to your veg cycle.
