Looks like some chronic frosty buds, as far are harvesting goes you look close but still have some lighter color hairs.
I would give it a week or two longer for a little more amber hairs then harvest but that is up to you.
Some people prefer more clear trichome's before harvest some prefer more cloudy or amber ones.
