If its afemale . and its outside then It depends on your location, east coast , mid oct, west coast mid sept .. Give or take a few weeks

2 months and only a foot? dude it should be tall and budding by now its mid July! Outdoors should be planted late April early May ALREADY VEGGED to at least a foot. You will still get some just small and premature... When does it start getting cold their? Here in the northwest plants have to be done early Oct, cause of freezing rain, which is barley enough time to finish outdoors.
Can ya get a pic of it? Are you giving it any nutes or mixed any in the soil?
