When do I use molasses

I start molasses usually 3-4 weeks into flower

It depends on your medium. If you are using organic soil you should use it through the plants entire life. I go every other or every third watering in veg, and every other watering in flower. In organic growing the molasses is feeding your microlife and its good to keep them happy, healthy, and multiplying.
