When to take humidity dome off rapid rooter

This is the start of my second grow i suppose, i bought some rapid rooter from the local shop and its my first time using them. I germinated the seeds on tuesday and yesterday i threw them in the rooters and in a few hours they were already busting outta the holes and outta their shells. Should I keep the humidity dome on for a couple more days while the root is getting its start or does green mean go in this situation?

i would take the dome off just before lights go out as humidity rises during the dark period then leave it off.

if you leave it on for too long you could end up with damping off diseases .

I was planning on keeping them on 24 hrs for a couple days then to 18-6 once they got a little bigger. should i go ahead and start doing the 18-6 this early on? appreciate the reply.
