when to switch to flowering nutes?

My outdoor plants have been showing sex for about tens days now, but I am reluctant to quit giving them nitrogen since they are growing so fast now. they were stunted for a while when i first planted them but their roots have taken good hold and they are veging like mad.
Any thoughts would be welcome
oh BTW they are Texada timewarp and BC Mango
both late sept/early oct finishers

As soon as you see the tasty buds developing man you need to switch to the flowering nutes because you want big buds not a big plant with small buds
