When to switch the NPK

My plants are starting to show there sex (females). Im currently using a 6-5-5. Should I switch to a blooming inhancer or keep it the same?

you switch after they've finished stretching.

i always switch right when they show their sex ,,, i go from a 19-12-12 to a 12-55 -6

12-55-6?? doesn't that high rate of P unbalance everything and throw it out of whack? or just fry the plant?

i would wait till they are flowering to use bloom nutes.

nope never had any problems whatsoever

I've used a nute with high numbers like that and had no problems either. I will tell you that it tasted different, but that could have been from a poor flush.

I normally switch my nutes on the 2nd feeding after switching 12/12...So yeah, 1st week I continue with veg nutes and the 2d week they get the flower/bloom nutes.
