When to Switch from fluros to MH

2 days ago I put 10 seeds in my Hotfarm Clone/Seddling home. I have 4 40watt fluo's over this. I have 2 questions from the day they sprout how long do I wait to switch to my 400watt MH and start vegging? Also how long do I veg, do I veg just 1 month from sprout or to the heighth that will then double during flowering to stay about 5 foot.

at any time. hell you can start 12/12 from seed if you want. just don't put toclose so you don'tburn your plants. veg as long as you want to. no i veg for 60 days or tillmy plants are 3 ft tall and after they are all done buding they are 6ft to 7ft tall.just make sure you have plenty of room for what you want to do. good luck.

If you are running a small first time hydro attempt I would say if your first few nodes come in good I would probubly give it two or three weeks after its first set of real leaves, but I switched from veg to flower after a month.. (14" at the time) and a month into 12/12 they were 36" so they about double in height and it was just off of CFL. HPS is much nicer and I would imagine will produce even better results than I got listed. If your outdoors though listen to mygirls as if it were coming from jesus himself
