when to start with nutes on 2 week old seedlings?

hi all, just have some questions on when to start feeding nutrients to my 2 week old seedlings. they look pretty good right now, and the roots are all the way through the bottom of the 4" rockwool cubes I'm using. I have the beginngers box "recipe for success" that comes with Root 66, Sugar Daddy, BC grow, BC boost, thrive alive b1 red and green, etc.

I haven't turned on my hydroponic pump/irrigation system yet, as I'm wanting to get these plants as healthy as possible so if I make a small mistake when adding nutes, they don't die right away. I know I should think positive, but I realize being a first time grower, that mistakes will be made.

I am nervous to follow the first bit of instructions that are listed, so I backed it off a bit. The only thing I've done so far is mix up a 2 liter bottle of 1/2 strength root 66 and sugar daddy and watered my plants with it. when I say 1/2 strength, I mean 1/2 of what the manufacturer recommends. it measured about 400 ppm.

in the pic, the light was raised for the picture, I actually have the HO t5 fluro's about 3-4 inches from the tops of the plants. The temp is pretty stable around 72 degrees and humidity is between 45-65. I am having a hard time keeping the humidity that high without the clear plastic sheeting that has a hole cut in it so the air can flow through.

I have a separate flowering room to the left of the veg room that I haven't quite finished yet, but just as FYI that room with the fluorescents is only for seedlings and veg. I also realize I will have to get that clay pellet sediment out of the tray before hooking up the drip system, I just didn't have time to do it yet. I actually washed the clay before using it in the pots

any suggestions or comments when I should begin with the BC Boost/BC grow additions? any ideas or help will be much appreciated.

im gonna go against the curve here.
seeing as we have the same setup i start with a 1/4 soaked cube to germinate the seeds. i get about 95%
once they get their secound set of leaves i put them in the 4 inch cubes and 1/2 strength them.
about 2 weeks later its full heres a pic of my first grow useing this routine and system.

these seedlings really shot up around day 23! Things are looking pretty good, I used a 1/4 strength solution and am feeding 5 times a day for a couple minutes each. Even the little weak one looks much bigger than before.

there looking good.
are you gonna start a journal?
mkae sure your not over watering the cubes they need some time to dry out a lil.

Has soon has a seedling has it's first set of leaves then i start to feed nutrients.Use a quarter strenth to start with and over the next 3 week increase to full nutrients. When a seeling is only young it is more important to make sure that you keep the lights close to the top of the plant. You don't realy want the seedling to get too leggy but nutrients will hel it come on......................................................tyke.................................................................

thanks for the advice everyone, I will post some more pics in a few days. I upped the nutrients to babout 1/2 strength today when I changed the reservior.

these gals (hopefully, they're girls!) are looking pretty strong. One of the bigger, leafier ones appears to be leaning at about a 45 degree angle at the base and then straightens up. I'm not sure why it did that, as the light has always been directly overhead. I am up to 1/2 strength nutes, and will go full strength when I change the reservior this weekend. I also added a zipper system to the poly sheet, as I was getting tired of stapling the plastic down over and over again.

when are they supposed to show pre-flowers? after 4 weeks of veg. i thought i read, but wasn't sure. Any ideas?

for some reason it's taking forever to upload pics, so i'll have to try that again later.

Nice work. I start with nutes as soon as my seedlings start with their second set of leaves. I start out at even below 1/4 strength and go from their. Keep posting and let us knoe how it goes!

here are some new pics, 2 of the 4 plants are looking super, the other 2 have some minor issues. The first issue is that on one of my bigger plants, some of the larger leaves near the bottom are starting to get brown and yellow dry spots on them. I haven't been spraying them, only giving nutes through watering. The other one has some newer leaves that are kind of wilted looking. what do you guys think this could be and how can i fix? I am currently at day 37 and have a 3/4 strength solution.
