when to start flowering?

hey guys and girls. i have one outdoor plant in east-central iowa, and i was just wondering if someone could tell me when i can expect it to switch to flowering.

bagseed, inside for 1 month-moved out early may. i planned for it to veg for the entire summer. i water when it's thirsty, 1/4 strength miracid once to twice a month w/superthrive.

also, how long after it starts flowering should i start it on bloom nutes w/mollasses? should i also stop giving miracid prior to aor when flowering starts?

keep it on veg nutes until august then give it flowering nutes.

the end of august until harvest. no nutes just water for five days before harvest.
