When to start fertilizing?

I have Fox Farms Big Bloom, but I'm not sure when to start using it. I'm two weeks into veg, and I think maybe I should start to fertilize soon.

Soil is Ocean Forest mixed 50/50 with perlite, so it is an extremely light and airy mix. If I could do it over again, I would not have used so much perlite. I have to water just about every day, because it dries out so quickly.

Any ideas when I should start with the Big Bloom, and at what strength?

You don't want to use the big bloom untill you start to flower. They make other nutes for veg. If thats all you have it will be better than nothing. You should start 2-4 weeks into veg and only about 1/4 strength.

Do you use Fox Farms? Did you click on that link? Thanks for dishing out bad advice man

Yeah get some Grow Big for use in veg and Tiger Bloom for flowering. You should use big bloom with every feeding except the week before you start flowering

Yes, start out in small dosages and work your way up. Ur incorporating chemicals to small plants, key is not to burn ( over fertilize ), them. Not familiar with product, but general rule to remember is small plants need less fertilizer than bigger plants.

Apparently there's two different kinds of Grow Big... there's 6-4-4, and 3-2-6. I'm leaning toward the 6-4-4, because I've heard nitrogen is important early in veg... which one do you guys recommend?

I use the 3-2-6. That is the hydroponic mix, you can use it in hydroponic systems or in soil. I would go that route in case you ever switch to hydro
