How long after you switch to 12/12 should you start feeding your plants with bloom nutrients?

2 weeks is what I do. Around the time they start budding.

Should i continue with vegging nutrients for the first 2 weeks of flowering?

Yes indeed. Then start slowly giving less and less grow ferts each feeding.
