When to SCroG

So I was thinking about my set-up and how perfect it would be for a SCroG set-up, but before I get into something I have no clue about (both given my general lack of knowledge and my newness to growing) I wanted to ask a couple of questions about it. My set up is on one of those pantry racks as shown in the picture. I can lower the rack that the lights are attached to for the screen and add another for the lights. (the shields are off of those CFL's now) Ok, enough rambling, onto the questions.

1. Do you think my set up would be good for a SCrog?
2. When do you start the actual process of SCroGing? I am currently at Day 16.


I am sure more questions will come out throughout the course. Thank you all in advance for the assitance so far.
