When to remove my cutting from aeroponic cloner?

I am in the middle of my first attempt at cloning. I have three cuttings and they are all starting to show root bumps. It's Day 8 in the cloner.

My question is how long should I wait before removing them? A pic of the ideal state they should be in before taking them out would be awesome.

Also, is there anything I should know before putting them into a medium. I use a soilless peat-based mix. I know that they might flop around for a bit until they get good root structure. I'm thinking I'll use a rod to support them initially.
