I started some autos i potted them thurs afto they are now 2cm high when is a seedling big enough to go under a 250 m h and what distance should they be from the lamp?
When to progress?

They could go under it right now, about 2' or 600mm above them should be right. If they start getting stretchy, you know it's too far away.
