‼️When to pollinate autos⁉️

Yes I want to pollinate some mephitos I have growing, just a branch on each plant, with some garlic breath x zkittles pollen I just received, I need to know when’s the best time to apply it? Thank you for any info/advice you can give me I really appreciate it!

I would let them flower for two to three weeks then pollinate them. considering they take up to four weeks for the seed develope calculate that into the flowering time.
