When to plant after germination

Hi guys, I have two skunk seeds that have just germinated in water this morning. Can anyone tell me when should I plant them ?

Is this a seriuos question?
You can or could have just stuck them in some soil.
Toss them between a wet paper towel, into a Zip lock bag, then into a Dark place for a few day. After they cracked and it starts its root. Transplant, into a Party cup with some good soil.

Yeah a very serious one Ringsixty cause I stuck some in soil since 10 days and none of them pop out. Thats why i put them in a glass of water.
