when to nutes hempy bucket

hi ppl short question her im thinking of trying the hempy bucket thing is plant will be from seedling and i dont know when to introduce the first nutrients ive read that you only give your plants water for the first week then introduce nutes is this true and also is there any nutes i can use the whole grow like a all in one if you like thanks

I germ seed in Rockwool directly in Hydroton filled Hempy cup.I soak my R/W 1.5x1.5" starter cube in ph corrected tap at 6ph for half an hour.I then take cubes out,shake/flick not squeeze water out.I resoak cubes in a fresh ph corrected solution with 1/16th-1/8th nute strength at 6ph for about 15 minutes.I flick excess waterout,and make my own slit for seed.I keep temps 75-80*F for germ.
I keep cube moist,and watch out for drying out or oversaturation.I mostly use ph'ed tap to water with an occasional very mild feed.Once plant has second set of true leaves I will bump nute strength and increase light intensity.

Allot of people say no nutes for seedlings,and must be in a humidity dome.I just go by less is more for seedlings/clones,and my experience with R/W is that no dome is needed.

The most important thing is make sure to keep R/W moist,and nothing else (dry/soaked).Once the roots hit the res then R/W moisture level becomes unimportant.
