When to move seedlings to 600W MH

I have 1week old seedlings that are doing well under a t5. At what point is it safe to scratch the t5 6500k and go to my main veg light?

I sprout mine under a 600 watt MH
I just keep them far away (about 3 feet) until they've been above ground for a few days. Never had a seedling burn so far. ☺️

Would be cheaper to keep them under the T5 as long as you can and they continue to make progress.
