When to move seedlings to 600W MH

my plants are 4 days old. A little stretched, but looking healthy. Pics below.
I have them under 2 fluorescents now. I am afraid if I move them under the 600 W too soon I will fry them up if I am not careful. Would 24 inches above them be about right?

14 days in those containers those babies will be ready for transplant (beer cups) and then the light.

Honestly you should have had them under the 600 watter before they sprouted.

They would have adjusted from the start and you wouldn't have had to worry about it. Now you are going to have to lower the light here and there trying not to burn them. Next time have the light on 24/7 before they sprout.

thats how I feel too, I germ, and veg under a 400W MH 12 inches away, works well. as long as temps are in control.

I don't have my grow room setup properly. So, I built a small grow box and got 2 floro's - 1 full spectrum and the other cool white. I figured they would do fine with that until I could get the room setup properly, which hopefully will be by the end of this wee.

I just throw stuff out there to think about for people that don't know, that way they can improve in the future, sounds like you know what to do and are just getting ahead of yourself, good luck !!!
