When to Move Seedling Sprouts to Bigger Light?

hey guys I have some seedling sprouts that are about 3-4 inches high with their 2nd set of serrated leaves getting pretty good size. I'd like to move them from under the tube florescent lights to under my 400mh.

Should I leave them under the florescents longer or you think moving them to the 400 is cool?

moving them to the 400 is fine. you will notice alot more grwth
