Yea, your plant is definitely on its way out. Even if it doesn't die, I'd imagine you'll have mostly hermi buds anyway.
I'd say harvest what you can now (likely nothing) and toss another seed/clone in your pot and try your hand at it again.
I killed 4 plants through various mistakes before I had any successful harvests, so don't be discouraged. Just keep reading, learning and trying.
