When to flower?

Im proud to say i am the new father of a baby girl, one of my 2 bitches is showing sex, ever so slightly. she has about 8-10 nodes, and has thick and full 5 leaved extra branches coming out of each armpit, the other one is about the same, should i start the flowering process, and switch the lighting to 12/12?

Are the nodes alternating yet? That is a good time to switch the lights. But if they are showing sex you should be good to go!! peace

what do u mean alternating, if you mean like symetrically on one side then the other going up than yeah, pot rows that way. im confused.
