When to begin lighting cycle?

I have 6 seeds germinating in rock-wool cubes inside my grow room. One of the seeds has already popped it's tap after 48hrs and is ready to roll. I have a 400w MA light inside a 3ftx5ftx7ft(h) closet with a 12'' orbital fan. My question is: Will i be able to begin my first light cycle while 5/6 of the seeds are still germinating in the rock wool cubes below? (The seed that has already germinated is an auto flower while the remainder are simply suspected stativa superior.)

Yes, you can start your light cycle now or you could go with 24 hours of light for a few days until everyone has germed and then start your cycle.

What is a MA light? Maybe you meant MH? If MA is correct I'm not familiar with them and would like to learn what they are. Good luck with your grow!
