I have clones and they are in trouble. They have yellowing and browning and so I transplanted them into soil and lightly watered them. First off, how and when should I apply c02? I have ample fresh air and a nice, cool environment. I think they should spring beck in a few days...opinions? Its my only gallery pic. Thank you for you opinion!

Co2 is started at day one above ground during lights on times only no dark times.Temps need to be 80-85 and the co2 ppm should be around 1500 ppm

Jesus my temp with lights off is about 65..is that too cold? Why no c02 during lights off? I have constant fresh air...is that good too when the lights are off as well?

With co2 the plant needs higher temps to process it and breathe correctly. You wanna keep those night temps around 70.When using co2 it can only be used during lights on by the plant when dark its just wasting as the plant needs light ot use it.When using co2 you close off your vents and only exhaust and refresh maybe 2-3 times during lights on time or your just getting rid of the co2.

propane can be used if it is burned the by product is co2.Propane is used with co2 generators and burners.Sugar and yeast can add a bit of co2 in small stealth grows. There are also co2 tank systems and co2 boost buckets for about $120

I see. so with my propane burner i could burn next to my fresh air intake valve for a few minutes and that would do the trick?

How big is the area your growing in? its enclosed right as you want the entire grow area sealed off for co2 then when co2 comes in it doesnt get out.Like in one of my setups.I have aintake and exhaust fan with dampers on timers.I have my co2 tank on a timer. It comes on when lights come on for 4 minutes and all the exhaust and intake fans are off and the dampers have those closed off. Then every 2 hours 3 minutes til the exhaust fan and intake kick on for 3 minutes to get new air and get the old out. Then on the hour the co2 kicks on for 3-4 minutes until ppm is around 1500.The vents are closed when co2 is in the area then the co2 turns off.co2 is heavier then air so your hose is high above the plants and a small tilting fan on the floor recirculates the co2 i the room

Man....I have like $5k invested in my current setup and its got me tapped. I have a 9'by5' by7'tall hydrohut. I really want to smash somemthing right now. Its like...I'm getting screwed through this whole fucking thing. The only place I find help is on this forum and I'm still relatively clueless and peniless.... oh well I still think these will bounce back but is there anything I should give them as far as nutes?

Those are nice setups not 5 grand nice though lol.I use a 4x4 one sometimes and my buddy uses 2 of the ones like you have.He grows 1 tent with soil and pots the other is a 4x8 flood table. The 4x8x7 hydrohuts cost about $350 each and then he uses T5s in the soil and then a nice $119 switchable digitial light on a lightrail.I think he has about $4 grand in to both units total with lights filters fans grow materials and co2 injection tanks.Im gonna grab a 4x8x7 hydro hut next month. He puts 32 soil pots in one and 40 in the 4x8 table.

Yea I paid retail cuz I wanted to be able to return broken items quickly and easily and have professional help. The owner is wicked smart but its not like he can help e that much cuz I need to have someone show me and tell me step by step. I know alot but it does me no good when I'm stumped. I gotta say this isn't looking good and I'm just about ready to find an "easier" way to make this work.

I have no idea what that means...I'm just pissed off.

Oh and dont forget it took money (lunches, gas, gifts, ect.) to forge relationships in an industry which I knew nothing about. It all adds up to about 5g's for 18 plants for the first harvest....after electricity and all

Lol yeah all the numbers I gave you were retail brand new.You had lunches to find out how to stick weed in something and grow??Maybe just surf the net for a couple hours. There are how to videos step by step pictures and tons of literature. To grow 18 fat ass plants $600 would have well then exceeded your needs.
