When should i trim my plants?

Hi,i want to trim the lower 1/3 off my plants but im unsure when is the best time to do this. Do i do wate untill I put them on 12/12 or while still in veg?

i would say wait man - those plants are little bitty - i think you could traumatize the plant possibly - it may do more harm than good right now - i say let them grow a little while

at the 5th week of veg you can start lollypopping...slowly but surely dont do the whole plant at once

sorry I wasn't talking about cutting them now those are just pictures of my plants at the moment. i was just wondering weather to wait untill flowering or just before i change thr light cycle.

trim the stem just above the soil now. if u trust me they will grow like hydro to the gazillionth power my son

i trim mine up 1 week b4 12\12 been doin it that way for years

You could always top, lst, and supercrop instead of wasting all that time and vegetation.

yea my mistake i misunderstood you - i actually have been wondering about when to trim too - im about to start flowering and my lower older leaves are sickly looking but i have good growth coming up behind them - should i trim those up or just leave them?

when they are due for 12/12
repot
trim botom end
take off any bad crap
u should never pluck any leaf off from seed time to finish even if the leaf looks terrible when it falls off remove keep area tidy dont stress it keep rotation around light. have a fan blowing over them like the wind would do strengthen thoses stems cause if u grow right those babies should need tieing up due to the weight being so heavy on buds happy smoking bro

i think personally if you dont have nosey neighbours or you have a tall grow room you should never top a plant. your just spoiling that super big head if you do. but if you dont have the space, its a good solution. piece and sensi xx

Ok folks i have a problem my Kids are touching the light I am out of space and not sure what i should do cut or bend or ????

Never trim them but if you are one of those people that follow the trends regardless of what it does to the plant then I think they do it a week or so before starting 12/12.
