when should i top?

Newbie here, I was wondering when I should I top my plant? I germed and planted about 5weeks ago. Its about 5inches tall with 4 stages of leaves starting on 5th , showing signs of 2 nodes . And its on 24/0 light . No feed yet, or to soon? First grow trying to get the best info from the best growers/stoners

5 inches tall after 5 weeks is a very slow growth. What kind of lighting and wattage, Pls. Oh' pictures please.
When to Top depends on how big a plant you want. I normally Top @ the 4th or 5th node.
24/0 schedule is OK for Veg. I like 18/6 saves a little elect.
As far Nutes go. Each grow type/Method/ Medium will determine when to nute. I'm just a Soil grower. I normally don't give nutes for 3-4 weeks. If your using GOOD Soil or Custom mix. There is a lot of Nutes for the 1st few weeks.

Been there ,broke From my past experience being Broke Ass... this is my opinion.
I would dig up a bit of cash or be resourceful and find yourself a couple CFLs , even one or more, common 6500k, 5000k, 3600k or 2700k - 23 watt CFL, Very common in homes today. Truthfully @ this point in your grow. You should forget about the K. Just find any CFL laying around and get more light on that plant.. Any increase in lighting will be appreciated by your plant.
