when should i start to flush?pics......50 days in flower

If you're growing in soil I'd have to say never. I'm anti-flushing though. Taste is determined by curing, stressing your plant for the last 2 weeks doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

Then I don't know! :) I use a lpa/dwc system, I started my G13 on a 7 day flush, 1st 4 a good sugar. And cal/mag mix, last 3 days pure water, then chop on Wednesday, I agree with cranker on the. Taste coming from proper drying and curing. So cranker, how. Do u cure urs??

I think a lot of the issues with flushing comes from Hydro and the chemicals, that actually does have a lot of effect on the plant. Soil you can flush for days, and even making the plant eat all the nutrients stored in it, it would have to eat all the leaves basically transparent to get it to stop using them so...that's my view and a lot of people's, most of the argument threads are soil vs hydro with no one knowing who's doing what.

Have you ever heard of drowning the plant for 10 days prior to harvest? - It's a great way to get your plant ready for harvest. It will start anaerob processes making your bud pleasant to smoke with very little curing. Read more about it in this article: drowning a marijuana plant . All you have to do is submerge the pot into some water. Just put the pot in a larger bucket and fill with water to keep roots under water for 10 days. In hydro just turn off bubbles. It works!
