When should I start Nuts? [PICS]

I am doing a PC Sleath Grow journal, here is what my plant looks like right now.



and here are the nuts i have. When should i start giving it some nuts? (note the plant has been through alot and is just starting to become healthy)

Well it does look a little rough around the edges...no need to feed untill the fourth or fifth set of true leaves appear. Also try to let the soil dry out more. Like down to your second joint in your finger. That little girl doesn't need very much water.
