when should i start flowering?

WHEN SHOULD I START FLOWERING...im using 4 25watt cfl's if you guys were guessing how much do you think one plant would yield??:mrgreen:
 
I'm using 3 42watt 2700k CFL's and 4 26watt 6500k CFL's on one plant and I flowered at about 10"-12" high so I would have decent lighting all over the plant otherwise it would be too tall for my lights to cover. Been flowering about 3 weeks now and their looking nice, covered in trichomes.

I actually got a plant now about 3"-4" high that has been in flower with my bigger plant ( foot and a half ) the whole three weeks just kinda thrown to the side and forgot about and a couple days ago it starting sprouting white hairs like crazy so I decided to let it stay and hoping to get at least a joint from the little one lol

LOL 15 Joint sized plants. I would recomend that you begin flowering when the plant is half the height you want it to be when it finishes or 30 days from sprouting (wich ever is longer). I would flower it at 7-10 inches. Yeild will be low. If you are looking to harvest decent/good smoke then I would add some more light. I am no expert nor do I claim to be. With the information you provided this is what I would do. I do not know your growing constraints. I think you can flower a plant at 4 inches and yeild 15 grams off it if it was a clone. I have never heard of someone flowering a seedling at 4 inches. I hope I helped a little. Good Luck

the more bud u want the more light u need thats very funny joint sized i have a friend that flowers clones at 5 inches they end up being 20+ inches and he has 2 pounds every harvest he also uses 3 1000 watt sodiums
 
All I can say is EBAY you can always find deals on ebay. If your looking to harvest a good amount to last till the next harvest I would suggest 400 or 600w HPS
