I am currently growing indoors, but I want to put some females outdoors. Its currenlty January 1/2013. I live in Ca the central valley, and what is the earliest part of the year I can put out some females to start without the worry of killing them from the cold. I heard as earlie as Feburary and March, and if so can I go 12/12 with them.

Thanks

I put mine down in march last year. They did great. But as I am sure you can tell this year is a fuck mess for weather.

When I put them out it was running near 13 hours a day. The day light hours keep getting longer, and the plant just keep growing. Never went into flower and all worked out fine for me. There is nothing blocking any light for my garden, so It gets frist and last bit of light each day.

I am in the Cen Valley as well.. Put my spring crop in back in nov.. small green house made with 2 5x7 sidewalk rebar sheets + 2- 2ml plastic wrap cost $15.00

they are currently about 3 inches tall.. will be ready around aprilish

My location was at 32 last night... get the freeze warning alerts and cover up my non MMJ plants with a wrap and they are fine.

this is what I built

After the last frost Doh!

It is not all just about front. You need to match light times w/ goals of your plant. Dont want to put it out, and in a month start to flower, then start gaining hours. Less stress the better.

Same with me, I started the first of dec, with supplemental lighting. Heating mats keep them happy on these 36 degree nights. Make a green house good sir lol

got to 29 this am... damn glad I covered my non MMJ's up.. Jade plant I have now is hurting bad after I trimmed her up she got h

it bad about a week ago...

checked my plants this am before sunrise and they were looking wilted like the frost got to em a bit... got worried. and walked away... rechecked them a few mins ago they look fine..
