i post on stern fan boards. there are a lot of angry, booze soaked people posting there but there are fewer angry assholess there than on these grow boards.

i find that amusing, considering most of us smoke and grow.

i'm just not that angry when i'm high.

as a close to 9 year poster on SternfanNetwork and others...... NO ONE IS MORE HATEFUL THAN STERNFANS....... the rest i agree with.

One change a previous forum I used to belong to nanoreefs had significant troll problems... worse than here. The eventual solution was creating a subtopic called thunderdome where you had to enter a password to verify that you wanted to go in there... everything goes, no moderation unless personal threats.

They also made it so their version of toke and talk didn't show up when you hit new posts, you actually had to go to the subforum.

This weeded out all the BS frivolous nonsense popping up like the idiots that are so attention starved they have to post when they take a shit.

That is my official suggestion for this forum. Make toke and talk no longer show up when you hit "New Posts"
