I have 2 week old plants, and I have no idea of how to find out...

When your plant reaches 10-12 inches high look at the 7th node and there you will see the sex. No reason to go 12/12 before your ready~ to find out.

After 2 weeks your plants will still be too young to tell whether or not they are females. The first signs of which sex they will apear after a height of 10 to 20 inches tops in my experience. By the time they are flowering it will be easy to tell the difference. I wont go into detail on how to tell the sex since this info is all over the net.
There is a way to "force" a plant to display its sex early but i wont go into that either as it sets your plant back by about 2 weeks of growth and im sure you dont want that, right?

I would say they look very nice and healthy.
It is all governed on how tall you want your final plants to be?
If they are 10inches tall they will finish flowering at around 20-30inches depending on strain.
It is up to you to decide when to flower them. If room is no problem i would veg for around 6-8 weeks.
If height is an issue wait until they reach a height that will be manageable if you are to triple it.
So if you cant let your plant get any bigger than 30inches switch to 12 12 at around 10-15 inches that way it will show you the sex around 7-10 days after the switch to 12 12.

thanx for the advice...But im still a bit confused, should I put them to flower even if I dont want to flower them yet??

Best to wait for the branches to go uneven. At that point she is mature and you can see the sex or go 12/12 and she will show you the sex a lot easier.
