When is it too late.......

I have a plant that i think might be getting root bound, but not sure. Anyways, allDSC00272.jpgDSC00280.jpg my girls are showing early signs on flowering, and Im afraid of transplanting and stressing her out. When do you consider it to be too late to transfer?? Its in a fabric "grow bag" and I was just gonna carefully slice the bag down the side so I dont have to flip her upside down. She is about 3' and very bushy. Is it better to transplant with the soil wet, moist or on the dryer side? Thanks in advance for the advice.

roots grow threw the bottom of smart pots....could still do it...but it wont be fun...ripping the roots all up...
i did it once and i wont ever do it again...if i can help it...

^^^^^^^^^^ Difficult operation in smart pots, he is very correct. However, it you're a gamblin' man you might go for it. The stress could be a "hermi death sentence" and I would suggest not transplanting that gorgeous girl.
