ok a few of my seedlings have just poped out today, should i put em under light now or wait till i see leaves? i dnt wanna stress em right off the rip so what does anyone say on the subject?

If you germ in a towel you can turn flouros on immediately when you plant them. They will sense the light and grow up. Once they've popped there is no stopping them. Hell, in nature they pop up into 90-100 degree sunlight naturally!

My seedling has been alive for about 4 days and looks healthy I put it in the windows during the day any tips?

Put them under a couple CFL's for 24/0 or 18/6 (your choice really) & get a fan on them to make them GENTLY sway as the fan oscillates. Keep the soil SLIGHTLY moist.
That will do for starters.

I have that! But when I put it on my plant it seems to droop to one side and the stem turns purple. The bulb I have in it is a 120v I took it out of a regular lamp is it no good? Thanks

120v doesn't say much. You need a CFL bulb, not an incandescent. Look for the 100W equivalent.. I think it uses 23-26watts. Walmart has them for like 4 bucks each.

This is correct - DO NOT use a standard incandescent lamp, only a CFL (for now) on your plants.

put some type of plastic wrsp over them so the can keep the moisture in there until they get stronger then you can put them in the next size container and put wind on the a small fan will do nice to strenghten the stem after a few set of leaves there ready to transplant in a bigger pot start 1 gallon then after a few weeks you can go to 3 and whne there ready put them in the final pot to the end

incandesents dont provide the right spectrum for optimum growth! i use a 150w hps. works great. my babies are florishing!
