When does growth really speeds up?

Hi, so tomorrow my baby plants are going to be 2 weeks old, each one has 4 leafs. They grow every day and one notices it specially in the leafs but I'm wondering when will this growth really speed up.
For instance, when they get X number of leafs or at X week?

Thanks.

After they hit, like, 3 weeks to a month and a half, I'd flip. I flipped at a month and a half. I had three 1.5 week old Blue Dream seedlings and my UV/IR inclusive light turned them completely brown in less than 2 days.

You should wait for them each to grow 5 nodes, and then you should cut at the third node. It's not necessary to top in reverse, though, or at all.

They are Autos so I don't think cutting them is the way to go, right?

But I do love my babies, I give them Mozart songs and I talk to them.
Noooo do not cut autos! Just let them grow naturally. Also, each strain is going to hit a growth spurt a different time then another strain would.

Don't think because you aint seeing much going on above the soil line that the plant's are not growing has soon has there done getting a nice spread of roots then they will flip to top end ,normally 2 week after there put into medium they start there top end growth,

marijuana growing stages:
Germination stage - 3-7 days
Seedling stage - 1-2 weeks
Vegation stage - 1-4 month ( 2 mo's (60 days) is Average)
Pre-flower stage 1-2 weeks
Flower stage - 1-4 mos' (2 mo's being the average) (flower time depends om strain growing)

Don't worry your "babie" will grow up!!!!!!!

Any pictures?

By the way, what's wrong with this one? (the one in the thumbnail below) When it lost the shell it already had all those real leaves but droopy as you can see.
Over watering?
Unlike the other 2 I sow this 5 days later and it wasn't slowly adapted to the light which could also play a role, I don't know.

As Tyke said just because the growth you see seems slow doesn't mean that's all going on. I just started growing and like you at 2 weeks I was concerned my baby was growing too slow, then i accidentally knocked her over and the top ~inch of soil fell out of the pot and exposed a nice root ball. The plant really started to noticeably grow a few days later.

And that sad plant does have the symptoms of an over watered seedling (dark droopy leaves).

I'm response to your funny looking seedling.
I have seen this before in someone's journal. There are 3 cotyledons. He named him retardo.

Retardo became an impressive lady!

Well it is actually a Tutankhamon seedling which according to history Tutankhamon was born with some defects due to inbreeding and had poor health, hopefully it won't be the case.

So then I should cut down on this one's watering, right?

Pyramid seeds, the Kryptonite died and this one is having these problems, I really hope it will turn out to be a great smoke because otherwise I can't endorse their weak-ass seedlings.

The other 2 that look great are Fast Bud's Crystal Meth and Mexican Airlines.
