When do you need to feed

When do I feed healthy looking plants I haven't feed them anything yet and there almost a month old but look healthy

You can start feeding them. Start lightly, then increase over time.

Do I need to feed them if there growing and looking healthy

No, you dont have to...but eventually you will need to.
