When do they start smelling

When do plants usually start smelling? Mine are barely a month old maybe 5-6 inches tall and if I bring my nose close to my plants I can smell them. Smells so good.

They usually start giving an odor maybe mid flower depends on strain. If your talking about that familiar skunky ganja smell then it may start after a proper dry and cure. The seedlings give a neat little stentch also but it is not like that of a mature flowering female plant..I could be wrong.

Well I guess I meant to ask if this is normal? For it to smell before they even start flowering? BTW it smells like sweet skunk and im not even flowering.

yes, mine are at the same stage as you and they only smell when I bring my nose close to them.

you will not get that pungent smell until 3-4 weeks into flowering. however yes it is normal for your plant to very slighty smell at the veg state when you bring your nose close to it.

they can smell at 2 months or so during veggie. smell doesnt become overwhelming till you get bud growing

mine are 5 weeks old now and they stink and there only 2 days into flower
