Flower (12/12) whenever you want.
Some people base it on the space they have because flowering will cause your plant to double/triple in size. If your plant has plenty more space to grow then let it grow and mature a little longer. Otherwise, set it off to flower in complete darkness now. Hope that was the answer you were looking for.

usually between the 4th and 7th node, gives you a good size plants with nice nugs! but the biggar the plant the biggers the nugs!!
thank i have got about 6th node now so is it a good time to do it now ?

after that time now would be an acceptable time to go to 12/12. however as was said, if you have the room to accomidate something bigger then 3 times your plant now wait. in outher words if you can just barly handel 3 times the plants hight now, then go into flowerring, if you do have ample room let them go as long as u can wait. pics would be nice
