When do I put light to seedlings

I have 3 reekin auto's 2 still under paper towel. when do I give these guy's air and light? Had them in the dark until just now. Moister in container looked like it was too much, thought I would give them light and air.

Definitely ready for light. But don't go blasting them with a, for example, 1000w HID light.....for this next 4-7 days, they're going to need weaker lighting. CFL lighting is perfect for this. I normally just use one or two t8s hung a little bit above them. Also, they may benefit from a good 'misting' once a day or so. Because their root system is underdeveloped, it will aid in helping them not to transpire their water faster than they are capable of pulling it from the dirt.
