when do i pull her

well i hear that i should flower my plant for 9 weeks 8 weeks even 10 weeks i just tarted seeing hairs growing on 2 of the 4 plants i have the others are males anyways i have had my plants on 12/12 for about a week to a week in a half now that i know the sex how much longer should i keep them living when should i pull them out to dry there is nothing growing yet just hairs any help is appreciated thank you

keep growing them until the hairs are browned and the trichomes are 50/50 milky/amber

you have another 9 or so weeks until then! Good luck!
