when do i harvest!?

Plant was started around October inside a Car, and it worked as a green house so the plant was healthy and didn't freeze at night , I brought it inside while still small ( about 1.5 feet) and started the 12 12 light cycle. With a 8500 Kelvin grolux 18 inch and 5500 Kelvin 18 inch with a 2700 kelvon 23. Watt CFL. I have no idea how long its been budding trichomes are still clear from what I can tell. I've been using CNS17 as the nutrient every 3 days. Just yesterday upgraded CFL to 55 watt. Any advice on harvest time/ tips??? This is my first grow! The plant was also topped very early in bud to make the two buds up top. I believe she's a type of OG. The grolux was removed for my seedlings also. Please & thank you!!!

i'd chop it.

never top a plant after it begins to flower. ever. don't do it.
