when can i clone?

im not sure when im able to, my plants are about 3 weeks old they look similar to this, also what gel shoudl i use that i could get at home depo or walmart?

were they seeds or clones?

also i know that i cant tell whether they are male or female but im just planning on a few from each plant then later kill the males because june is almost half over its getting late!

ya i wouldnt clone those for a little while yet wait till they get some big ass leaves or wait a month an clone away lol

well june is technicly only a third over, you have plenty of time left, even though it can seem like it's taking forever, those plants in the picture almost doubled in height in a week, and im expecting another 6 inches by tomorow when i come back out for updates and watering. once they pass the first 3 sets of leaves or so they start to go from there seedling stage with fairly slow growth to the "veggitative stage", now they will be popping out branches and growing up to 6 inches every day as they get bigger! that is all nothing compared to just a week or two before flowering when the females stretch an extra foot right before they begin to halt upward growth and start to fill out the lower branches and soon the buds as well. I have tried many cloning powders and jells, and have had a horrible time with most, i did find one powder that works well, though i don't remember it's name, and one gell, Olivia's Cloning Gel, so far it's the best stuff i have ever tried and since then have never looked back, i don't think you will find a decent cloning gell or powder at home depot, your local grow shop will have it, you can get it online, or look for it in your local greenhouse, just make sure it's not for woody stemmed plants like pine saplings, that stuff WONT work. as for those plants, i am not going to be cloning them, because i am not convinced that would increase the yield at all, though i might play around with one plot and try just to find out, but if you are detirmined to clone them, wait till they are bigger, in 2 weeks from now, once they are knee high, they will suffer much less shock over losing a growth tip as they would right now, for a plant that size, it would be like starting over, and could severely mess with your yields.

My plant is similar to kylej's but it's not as stretched and the top leaves are bigger. I'm also interested in cloning, do you think like 2 weeks is good from there?

so i was at home depo and i got this rooting hormone 100% off by chucking it over the garden center fence lol!
anyways its called shultz takeroot active ingredients indole-3-butyric acid .01% and other ingredients 100% haha is this shit any good? also it says GROW NEW PLANTS FROM CUTTINGS no way!

I took clones off a 2 1/2 week old plant, both rooted. One of the clones is a single leaf.

My clones are too taken from a plant that started as seed, hope it's not male!

Lol, yeah I used to be able to throw it over, but now they made a roof on the garden area and the fencing has absolutely no holes big enough to fit anything through.

lol yeah that stuff costs how much??? like 2 dollars? i did jail time when i was 18 for doing that at home depot, not a good idea, try the shultz though, tell us how it works, ill stick with olivias though for garanteed results

it was 6$ but i only had 4 on me lol no one was around and we went back to get it a few hours later, how did u get caught so i dont make the same mistake lol
